What does AevoMind actually do?
We build each department of your business as a proper system — sales, finance, HR, operations, field service, compliance — then connect them so a record entered once appears everywhere it is needed. One login, one audit trail, one source of truth. We also staff those systems with AI employees and AI calling agents.
What is an AI employee?
A digital colleague that holds a defined role — receptionist, credit controller, sales qualifier, dispatcher, support agent or compliance clerk — working to rules you set, inside your own systems, with every action logged and reviewable. It is not a chatbot bolted onto a website: it reads and writes real records, and hands anything unusual to a named person.
How long does a system take to build?
Typically four to six weeks per system. Week one is an assessment visit, weeks two to four are building in the open with working software every week, week five moves your data across, and week six is go-live and training. A whole connected platform is delivered department by department rather than in one drop.
How much does it cost?
We do not publish prices, because an honest number depends on what we find inside your business. Scope and delivery window are established during the assessment visit — a day on site, then a written map of which parts of your business benefit most and in what order. There is no charge for that visit and no obligation after it.
